Martin's Point Portland Contact Center
The consolidation of several off-site patient call centers offered an opportunity for Martin’s Point to reinvent the work environment for their employees who many times give patients their first impression of the organization.
CHA Architecture drew upon the location’s abundance of natural light and sweeping views of Casco Bay to create a fresh but calming palette. The 6,500 square foot facility is devoted to the daily needs of the staff and has a variety of spaces to comfortably touch down away from the desks including a lively café and quiet seating nooks that take advantage of the views. Other support spaces include a lactation room, conference room and private offices.
